One Week Health and Relaxation for Body, Spirit and Soul
yoga, meditation, various methods of relaxation, dancing, singing, listening to the sounds or stillness of nature and eating healthy vegetarian and vegan food, see photos.

The romantic house Cascada Verde lies on  the outskirts of Uvita, a  village in southern Costa Rica, directly by the marine nature reserve Bahia Ballena. It is surrounded by tropical flowers, medicinal and other useful plants and the rustic, open building is beautifully positioned with a view of the sea.

Our visitors enjoy the sights and sounds of  toucans, humming birds and many other types of birds in the direct vicinity:

A typical daily schedule looks like this: 
6:00  A Nature walk with butterflies, toucans, apes and sloths(with some luck)
7:00  Qigong
7:30  Yoga and meditation
9:00 Tropical breakfast (a buffet of tropical fruits)

Afterwards you can go to the beach, take a dolphin tour, go horse riding or hiking in the jungle, swim at the waterfall nearby or just lay in a hammock and read; just as you want.

Communal Activities in the late afternoon and evening:

5:30  one hour with yoga, relaxation techniques, an introduction to the Kabat-Zinn method of meditation or Vipassana, Buddhist Meditation or various other forms of meditation or, as an alternative to this, an introduction to tropical plants, their healing properties and uses, interesting health themes and nurturing awareness
7:30  Evening Meal
Breakfast buffet and vegetarian evening meal as well as morning and evening program are included in the price. Lunch and drinks can be bought  in the restaurant.
This offer starts with a minimum of 6 people, otherwise we withhold the right to vary the program.

In addition a competent team is ready to help and pamper you with:
· Oil or Tibetan singing bowl massage, and individual sessions of yoga, reiki, chakra therapy, coaching, and counseling with gestalt therapy, can be booked additionally,
